Dedicated to Evidence-Based Indigenous Community Advancement

The Foundation for Indigenous Legal Aid & Advocacy applies needs assessments, tribal member engagement, and specific research to design initiatives that address the root causes of legal & social inequities for all Indigenous Peoples.

By integrating continuous evaluation and transparent reporting, the team ensures that our program delivers verifiable outcomes, aligns with donor intent, and maximizes long-term sustainability.

Free Legal Consultation

We offer Free Legal Consultation where we discuss your case and possible courses of action. Our legal consultation is fully confidential and we provide options for your legal needs. Consultations do not guarantee legal representation and an application is required to be entered into our Legal Aid program.

Legal Representation for Tribal Members

Once the application for our program has been accepted, an assessment will be completed by our team to determine the legal needs of our client. If it is determined that a client requires private counsel rather than a public defender, an independent attorney will be hired to represent them in a court of law.
